Review this screenshot. What could be wrong about this sync rule?
- The operator should not state “equals.” It should instead state “contains.”
- The rule logic is wrong — a contact can never be a lead and a customer at the same time. These should be split up into two separate sync rules.
- Instead of “AND” an “OR” operator should have been selected.
